Serving Application


FIRST IMPRESSIONS:  Share a warm smile, shake a hand, be a friendly presence to people who walk in to our Lobby.
Commitment is roughly once a month arriving 30 – 15 minutes before the service.

Front Door:  Opening the front door for people entering and leaving.
Welcome Center:  
Guides people to Life Groups, events, and services that fit their needs.  Answers questions.

Greeter Guides:  Lead people to where their kids go as well as general service logistics.  Don’t let people feel lost.
Ushers:  Pass the offering baskets.  Administer communion for services.
Cafe Workers:  Make coffee for services.  Clean cafe including coffee makers, pots, tables, chairs, and floors.

FACILITY:  Help run the building by maintenance upkeep.
Commitment is as needed.

Set Up and Tear Down:  This includes before and after Special Events and guest speakers.  
General Cleaning:  Picking up trash or cleaning items/rooms that were missed by staff.
Skilled Labor:  Painters, plumbers, mechanics.
General Labor

Creative Arts

Worship Band:  Proficient musicians needed.
Commitment is weekly to monthly.

Singers:  Able to sing harmony (by ear is preferable.)
Acoustic Guitar:  Hold a rhythm with the possibility of other specialized playing
Electric Guitar: Proficient at knowing how to do solos in the appropriate key
Drummers:  Knows a variety of beats and can follow the flow of the service.
Keyboardists:  Able to quickly learn lead lines and read chords.
Special Service and Midweek Team:  
Instrumentalists and singers mainly available for Wednesdays at 6:30pm and special services as needed.
Audio/Visual:  Help run the soundboard, stage lighting, and the computer.


SHINE MINISTRY:  Help people in their time of need, whether it be disaster relief or moving — there is always something to help with!
Commitment is as needed

MISSIONSAvailable teens and adults who wish to give a day, a week, or more to a local or foreign mission project.
Commitment is as needed.

LIFE GROUPS – Host a group in your home, share teaching/leading of discussion with adults.  Those who have the gift of hospitality.
Commitment is weekly and lasts a school term.

Our goal in REAL Kids Jr is that by the time a child is in Kindergarten they know three basics truths: God made me, God loves me, and Jesus wants to be my friend forever.  Through games, songs, interactive play, videos, snack time and crafts, kids will experience these truths every week!

Special event and Holiday Services Teacher:  Events include BURNs, Special Weekday Services, Guest Speakers, and anything outside of the normal Sunday and Wednesday service times.

Room Sanitizer/Organizer/Cleaner:  Sanitize toys and dispose of broken ones.  Wipe off surfaces and organize the rooms.  Deep clean once a month.

REAL Kids Ministry is full of lively and exciting as kids prepare to learn about God’s word!  Our curriculum is designed just for kids.  Complete with worship, a message specifically designed for kids, and a small group time for them to discuss and connect with the message on a more practical level, our services are really their own “Kids Church”!

Pre-School Teacher
Small Group Leaders:  Lead a Bible lesson for kids in a specific age group.
Service Buddies:  Be a “buddy” to a child needing help in focusing or active involvement in services.
Kids Worship Team Leader:  Person should have musical ability and be able to give basic musical instruction.

Resource Volunteers:  Organize inventory and restock supplies, storage, and costume props.
Security Team:  Work the main purple doors throughout service to ensure safety for our kids.


AWAKEN YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY:  Individuals to help with this collage-age through 20-somethings ministry.
Commitment is weekly on Tuesdays at 7:30pm – 10:30pm

Singers:  Young adults who are growing in vocal worship for team.
Instrumentalists:  Young Adults who want to play instruments in a worship team.
Propresenter Worker:  Computer tech for lyrics.

CATALYST YOUTH MINISTRY:  Individuals to help with the Youth Ministry comprised of teens 8th – 12th grade.
Commitment is weekly on Wednesday from 6pm – 8:30pm.

Catalyst Adult Leaders:  needed to lead small groups of high school students.
Checkin Station:  Get kids checked in to service.
Candy Stand Manager:  Organize and run the candy stand.  Funds go towards camp and convention scholarships.
Drivers:  Licensed adults willing to be drivers for special events.
Cooks/Bakers:  Good food artists willing to help create goodies for special events/occasions.

NEXT GEN:  Adult leaders willing to help kids 5th- 8th grade prepare for their immersion in Catalyst.
Commitment is during Sunday services every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month.

Next Gen Leaders:  Adult leaders that guide kids towards a closer relationship with God.
