I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the bigness of God. It’s so easy to get caught up in our problems and issues, or perhaps in our own greatness that we forget about how BIG God is. There is One that is greater, stronger and better than us. He is the only one that will never fail. He is faithful and honest and just. He doesn’t forget about us even if we forget about Him. He is the writer of our lives and He will finish the story.
Isn’t He amazing? When I am afraid I will trust in Him. When I am in trouble I run to Him. When I am alone I know that He is with me. We are never without Him. He tells us in His word that when we seek Him with all of our heart we will find Him. So, today, I choose to focus on the amazing power and presence of my God. As I look to Him, really LOOK at Him, I am changed. His presence changes us (2 Corinthians 3:18).
