ENGLISH TRANSLATION: Hello everyone, how are you? Welcome to day number 38 of the 40 days of fasting and prayer with the theme Go. My name is Sergio Velázquez I am a pastor at Iglesia Tiempo de Cosechar. Today I want to share with you an appointment that is found in Acts chapter 5 verses 18 to 20. Accompany me. The word of the Lord says, “They took hold of the missionaries and put them in prison. An angel of the Lord opened the doors of the prison in the night and let them out. The angel said to them, ‘Go, stand where you have been standing in the house of God. Keep on telling the people about this new life.’” Amen. Church, I don’t know what jail you are in, and I don’t know what has risen up against you after you have been called to be a new creation in Christ Jesus. Church, The power of the Holy Spirit has been given to you so that you can get out of that prison of slavery to sin. Church, so that you can go outside and announce the good news of a life of salvation. Church, this morning I want you to consider that the Lord has a purpose for you like the trees—how the sun that emits its light, and the trees use the light through their leaves and make chlorophyll, and the chlorophyll produces fruits, and seeds that you and I and all living things consume. So it is you and I have been rescued from our past way of living and given a sublime purpose—the sublime purpose of the redemption of the history of humanity in Christ Jesus. Church, let us come out of our prisons and trust in the power of the Holy Spirit. We pronounce the good news of joy and joy the good news of salvation. Church, allows the Holy Spirit to dwell with you this morning so that you receive that portion of eternity, that guarantee that has been delivered to you and has been delivered to all those who believe and accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior beloved. Lord, I thank You for Your Church. I thank You for the life of Your Son, Jesus Christ, on the cross that redeems us from our sins. Thank You for providing us with power of Your Holy Spirit and the gifts You’ve given, beloved Father, that this morning, Lord, Your words remind us that we have to go out, that we have been liberated with a divine purpose, Lord. of the courage and wisdom to preach your doctrine to the world before all the things that await us. In you, in the power of the Holy Spirit, there is salvation in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Church, Christ lives. Hallelujah. Amen. God bless you on this day.
